Can I have special clothes or accessories?
We present a collection of cloths, you can chose a dress or a pair of pants and a shirt. A set of cloths costs 12 euro. If you would like something special let us know. Consider that it might take longer to make and will have an extra charge.

Can I wash Mysoftme doll?
Yes it can be washed with cold water.

Are Mysoftme dolls suitable for children?
Mysoftme dolls are not toys. We don't recommend it for children under the age of 4.

Are returns possible?
Due to the personalized and unique character of the product, changes, returns or refunds are not possible.
