By using the website, you become a user and confirm full agreement with the general terms and conditions without any reservations. You must read such conditions in order to use any services we offer. Terms and conditions may be updated or altered from time to time.
General terms and conditions
All the images and products in the web site are protected and may not be copied, reproduced or used in any digital or physical format. You agree that any registration information you give to us will always be accurate, correct and up to date. In the case you provide images, they are to be in attachment with email. You are responsible that the images are clear as shown in the faq on the website. We may contact you via email with the purpose of following up your request. You assume the responsibility for the content of the images you send and guarantee that you are the sole owner of all the rights existing on the images sent. You guarantee that you don’t infringe any rights of third parties on the persons or objects represented in the photos and assume the responsibility deriving from any infringements of intellectual property rights and undertake to compensate us, at the first written request, from any claim that may be brought against us by third parties and to compensate us for any damages and losses that may be caused under your responsibility. You agree to use are services in accordance with the law, and common sense. You will refrain from any use that is harmful to the rights and interests of third parties or that may in any way harm or disable such rights and interests, or that may affect the values or integrity of individuals.
Payment. We offer 1 payment method PayPal which allows the use of a credit card. You pay for the service of applying art work to the images, selected or created by you, and be subsequently embroidered on a chosen product. This does not entitle you to receive the treated image in electronic format from us. Due to the personalized and unique character of the products, payment must be made upfront and changes, returns or refunds are not allowed.
Delivery. The expected delivery times are approximate and reflect average delivery time of regular mail service, we do not commit ourselves to these delivery times and they may arrive earlier or later. If not agreed differently we will send product with registered mail. You will be obliged to control the content at the moment of receipt and to inform us immediately of any claims in this respect.
